One of my favourite verses in the bible is Ephesians 2:10 with its reminder that we are God’s handiwork, His work of art, His treasured creation.
God knew what He was doing today when He made you. You are not a mistake! God doesn’t need a do over.
And if that’s true for you and me, that’s true for every single person you interact with today too. It also blows any hint that there is such a thing as “normal” totally out of the water!
And as such, it’s time for us to stop striving towards some picture-perfect “ideal” of human invention and instead be everything God made us to be! God-helping us of course!
