A whole lot of fun!

Today's Holy Spirit Love Note:

Stop watching the clock. You have all the time you need and you are not about to run out of time to accomplish everything I have for you. The reason you sometimes feel like you don’t have enough time is because you run after things that aren’t part of my best for you. 

You say yes to things that drain you. You pick up things that were never yours to carry. When you’re running against the flow of my best, it’s no wonder you find yourself feeling weary!

What if you didn’t store up a mental list in your head of all the things you haven’t got to yet? What if you trusted that the invitation in this moment was perfect? Because it is, I know what I’m doing.

There are things that you think are important that are mere fleeting moments. And no, I don’t say that to give you a hard time. I understand that you have commitments and responsibilities. Who do you think put you in those positions of authority?

What I am suggesting is that your life would be a lot less stressful and a lot more lovely if you simply flowed with me, trusting that I know what I’m doing.

Allow me to surprise you. There are invitations I have for you that you’re not yet ready to hear because you’d think them impossible to fit into your already over-stretched calendar. It’s time to consider the possibility that I have more for you than you currently see, know or understand.

And these invitations aren’t just about you. I want to partner with you to help bring my children home and that’s going to mean stepping outside of what’s “regular” for you. Prepare to be surprised and delighted by me. It’s going to feel challenging but a whole lot of fun!
