Moving with the very best!
Today's Holy Spirit Love Note:
Moving with me, at my pace, allowing me to lead and guide you moment by moment is always a good idea. There’s never a time when it’s better not to move with me but when life feels stretched or you’re struggling to understand how to do everything, that’s the very best time to lean into me.
Who said you have to do “everything” anyway? What if you let me loose on your todo list? There are things you’re picking up or allowing space in your mind that were never yours to carry. Instead of worrying how you will do everything, consider this your invitation to turn all things over to me. Yes, including the distractions that sometimes threaten to derail you.
Ask me to show you what the unforced rhythm of grace really looks and feels like. It’s not just a nice sound bite. It’s an invitation to live - fully alive, fully human!
You weren’t created to operate at full speed, racing from one thing to the next. Culture loves to celebrate achievement and doing and yes, there are things we’re exploring together that require action but never at the expense of your humanity or our relationship.
Instead of worrying about how or when, ask me to show you what and why. And then flow with me, moment by moment. There’s so much we can explore together but when you give into distractions or allow yourself to be overtaken by worry, you’re in danger of missing the wonder and delight in this moment with me.
Refuse to worry. Yes, I know I make that sound easy. Just notice the worry that’s inviting you to play and then say no thank you and instead, dance with me. Trust that I know exactly what I’m doing and when you choose to move with me, you’re moving with the very best!
