What's in your hands?

Today's Holy Spirit Love Note:

Instead of focussing on what you don’t have and what you can’t do, what if you looked at what’s in your hands? Bring me what you have, no matter how small or insignificant it seems to you. I will bless what’s in your hands. I can’t bless those things you think you don’t have or can’t do.

So what’s in your hands? What do you have? What can you do? And if you can’t yet see what’s in your hands then yes, get up, walk around, have a change of scene, get a different perspective. Stop believing the lie that you have nothing to bring.

This life is not all there is. There’s so much more going on that you can see or understand and those things you carry are an important part of the unseen. If this were simply about you and yours then I might not challenge you in this way but this is about more than just you.

What if I told you that the things you’re carrying right now are significant for another person’s breakthrough? Would you call it insignificant or a mistake then? How many breakthroughs are needed before you’ll concede that what you carry has value?

Take me at my word and trust me. You have exactly what you need for this moment. Let me show you how I see the things you carry. Look at your gifts and even your pain from my perspective. I would take the pain a way in a heartbeat, but not at any cost.

You are one unique, beautiful piece of this incredible jigsaw of life. Stop underestimating your value. The Creator of heaven and earth says you have infinite worth. Remember that the next time you find yourself believing a lie about who you are and Whose you are. Bring me what’s in your hand right now and together we will change the world!
