We knew this day would come!

Today's Holy Spirit Love Note:

Those times when you worry you’re not enough, I have news for you … You are holy, set apart, called for a plan and a purpose, because of Jesus. He did everything for you at the cross and we planned it a long time ago. We knew this day would come!

So no, no one is holy enough by their own effort so it’s time to stop trying. I’m not saying give up or give in. It’s simply time to stop striving. You don’t need to do or be anything in order to win my love and affection, you’ve already got it! You are enough. I have equipped you, given you everything you need for this moment and every moment still to come. You are like Esther, for such a time as this.

Yes, I could move and act through someone else and if you say no to the invitation I will, but I am inviting you. I have prepared you. I want you. This is our moment, I simply need your amen!

You don’t need to play pretend or try and show up in any way other than the way I created you. Don’t try and imitate the style of another. Don’t wish you were more like another. Be you! I knew what I was doing when I hand-crafted you. You were seen and created and known as I created the world!

If you feel like you must imitate anyone, imitate Jesus, imitate love. Allow me to move in your life and be who I created you to be - fully alive, fully human! I knew what I was doing. I did not make a mistake and I don’t need a do-over.

Trust that the Creator, your heavenly Dad, knew exactly what He was doing because I did and I do. You can trust me.
