Don’t get weary in well doing and don’t make a religion out of the things I gifted to you to make your heart sing! When those gifts start to feel like duty or something to get checked off so you can carry on with your day, it’s time to ask me to breathe new life into your habits and routines.
Life with me was never designed to feel like a duty. I love doing life with you, you make my heart sing, and I want the same to be true for you. Yes, there is a discipline to showing up and doing life with me because the enemy will want to see you distracted by the busyness of life, but discipline does not equal dull!
What if the invitation today is to ditch your routine and instead doing something new and different with me? Go for a walk with me. Read a book with me. Take me to the coffee shop and let my heart for people spill out into the customers around you. Expect a new adventure with me, today and every day. This is the life you were born for!
