Today’s Holy Spirit Love Note:
I’m not holding out on you. Yes, there are areas where you need to grow but grow in me, grow in our relationship, grow in your understanding of just how loved, treasured and adored you are.
I am the very best parent ever. You don’t need to approach me with fear. Perfect love casts out fear! Come to me as you’d come to your dad. Share with me the things you’re excited about. I share your excitement!
You think there are certain steps to take in order to get my blessing but I simply want you to be real with me. I hear you … some things you read of me and my love sound conditional to you but that could not be further from the truth!
I saw you and knew you and loved you before I spoke the foundations of the world into being. I don’t love you because of what you can do for me or because of the potential I see in you. I love you because I love you because I love you. I am love. To be otherwise would be to deny my very nature.
And yes, I’m inviting you into a deeper understanding of who I am, of my love and everything that that means. You know I love you and it’s time to open yourself up to the possibility of greater levels of knowing. It’s time to dive deep!
Your understanding of my love is key in this next season. You want the world to know me, to experience my love, and I want that too. They experience my love through you. The greater your experience of my love therefore, the richer theirs will be also.
My love isn’t a nice slogan on a bumper sticker. It is vital! Live in my love. Lead with my love. Be open to my love. And get ready to experience my love in a whole new way!
