Today’s Holy Spirit Love Note:
There is a plan and a purpose for your life. There really is absolutely nothing accidental about you. On purpose, for a purpose. And you’re free to choose and make decisions and do life however you would like to. Do you believe both of these things to be true? And you feel the tension? You wonder how there can be a plan and a purpose for your life and you have freedom to do whatever your heart desires?
What if you were created with dreams and desires that are custom made with your plan and purpose in mind? What if the one who created you knew exactly what you’d need in order to step into everything that was imagined for you and what if those things were hard-wired in?
The things that you’re passionate about, the things that are on your heart, the injustices you want to see righted in the world? Who do you think you get those from? You are not an accident and neither are your passions, interests and desires!
It’s time to stop worrying about how all these things can be true and instead embrace the truth and run with it! Who did I create you to be? What are those things that light you up? What am I stirring your heart about? I’m readying you to step fully into all that it means for you to be you – and that’s going to include some action.
Explore with me again those hopes, dreams and promises. Allow me to remind you who I say you are and then ask me what we’re going to do about it. You can be you everywhere you go today, that is a beautiful thing, and there is something specific that it is time to move from your heart into the world.
Don’t be afraid. I am with you, always. I will forsake you, never. Ask me to show you what’s on your heart that the world needs right now today.
